I ordered these because I liked the low profile of them over the other styles Keen makes. I read the reviews and ordered my normal size, 11. I was worried they wouldn't be wide enough (often women's shoes are too narrow for my feet which border between needing a wide shoe and not) and/or too big/small. I got them, and they fit perfectly. I slipped them on and they are mostly comfortable right out of the box. The only thing that was odd to me was the texture of the foot bed. It's not smooth, it's almost like a dulled down sandpaper. I loved them anyway and started wearing them almost every day to work. As I wore them the foot bed became more and more comfortable and now it's not rough at all. I haven't gotten any blisters from them and I'm on my feet/on the move all day at work. I throw them in the washing machine every now and then and they dry quickly. Overall, very satisfied with this sandal and will probably order more from Keen.
